IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Do you have a maintenance issue that needs to be fixed at your property? We aim to fix all maintenance concerns in a prompt, courteous manner. Please fill out the following form in detail and we will get in touch to schedule a time to get your issue addressed.
If you have a maintenance emergency, please do not fill out this form.
To better serve you we provide an after-hours emergency maintenance service. You will simply dial (650)-822-7909. When leaving a message on the voicemail, please be sure to include your name, contact number, home address, and your maintenance emergency. If your request meets the criteria of a maintenance emergency, a member of our service team will respond promptly. Our maintenance team will respond to the following after-hours emergencies:
· No electricity (Please contact Power Company first)
· Gas smell/leaks (Please contact Piedmont Natural gas first)
· No water or water supply leaks
· Sewer/drain back up (clogged toilets does not apply)
· No heat and exterior temperature are below 55 degrees F
· No air conditioning and the exterior temperature are above 85 degrees F
· Roof or ceiling leaks
· Unable to secure windows or front door
· Refrigerator not functioning (before calling you will need to unplug for 24 hours allowing it to thaw and then reconnect)
